Default Difference in these headlights?

Can someone tell me what is the difference in these lights and where one can find them (blacks that is)

Correct me if i'm wrong, but OEM blackhousing headlights are HID ready, and come stock with the JDM DC5 Type R. It is reflector-based HID.

No, not all jdm dc5 headlights are hid. there are standard halogen versions.

No not all... and even if the ones you have are HID compatible, they are made to be driven on the left side of the road. I don't know if you've ever owned an HID equipped car but people will give you the finger and flash their brights at you all the time if you dont have your HID's aimed right...

People would do that to me when I had my s2k. Over course I would shoot them the brights to be as low as them.
