ive already searched, here are the problems

engine is spitting codes for random mis-fire, misfire cylinders 1 and 3, both O2 heather sensors

the car will bog and seems like it is running in limp mode and the fuel pressure is at 80 psi which is retardedly high, ive changed the regulator and o2 sensors and it would run fine but now its back to how it was

my friend and I have came up with a few solutions to try, changing both o2's, fuel regulator, fixing ignition timing, but why is the pressure soo damn high?

any help would be greatly appreciated

 

the fuel pump is some how drawing crazy amounts of amperage?

but then the fuse would blow...Try checking the fuse and see if the amp rating on it is to man. specs.
