Autometer water temp gauge ...Help!!! ---Pics!!!---

hey i just got this guage in the mail (brand new) and i think it is missing some parts... either that or i dont understand the directions. so can someone explain to me how to install this?!?!?

My coolant temp gauge wasn't working anyway so I replaced the stock sender for the gauge w/ the sender from Autometer....works perfectly.
