Default Searched to no avail: Brake Line interchangability

I'm just wondering/needing to know if 5th gen brake lines can fit a 4th gen? Obviously, the most important thing is length i suppose, since i'm just going with stainless steel, but if anyone can shed some light on the topic, please do so. Thanks in Advance!

yeah that'd work, but these ubertight spoon brake lines came in today, and now i'm worried, they seem kinda short
