I just bought a OEM CTR grill. It came with a metal grill, i was wondering do the oem grills come in metal or plastic. I was told by a friend that it comes in plastic and if it does then i got jipped though it does say honda on the back of the grill. Thanks.

 

honda doesnt have metal grills.

the 96-98 ctr comes with a metal mesh center. 99-00 comes with a plastic center, just like the 99-00 civic si. all the 96-98 usdm civics come with plastic centers, but not mesh

 

It's real Jimmy. Not sure why it's metal though..

 

i believe real ctr grills have metal mesh in stead of the plastics mesh type stuff like on 99-00 usdm si grills

 

97 spec has a metal grill. Kinda looks like chicken wire.
