Great news for SFWD! Urbanracer thanks for the exposure and having an insider like Tyler is a good move. Nice article - its always nice to find out more about our friends at the track. Its going to be an awsome year.

 

Thanks Gary and everyone else for the support! I hope the class and the URC SFWD Garage both really blow up this year.

You know what's really cool about this class? The people. Looking at this thread, I'd consider every one of these people my friend. I've dealt with Gary, super nice guy. I spoke to Loi on the phone yesterday, I hope to meet Glenn next month in AZ, I was hanging out with Todd last weekend, I know Will from the track, haven't met Joe yet (you need to come out west! ), I just got off the phone with Jason, and I spoke to Steve about an hour ago. We really are a pretty tight little community. Either that, or only people who know me bothered to click on the thread. Haha.

you have no idea how bad i want to come out west! i was born in Cali and moved here on my 3rd birthday......here i am 20 years later and havnt made it back yet. i dont even remember it. i dont think financially i can get the car out there this year..but i'd really like to atleast check out an event on the other side of the country

Remember Team California back in the 90s. hehe. How bout doing a Team East Coast or a Team pick everybody up along the way. Florida, Georgia, Texas, etc.
