how do you get 89 prelude out of "limp" or "safe" mode

Default how do you get 89 prelude out of "limp" or "safe" mode

my 89 prelude is in safe mode, how do you reset the computer after the problem that caused it to go into safe mode is repaired?

Disconnect the negative battery cable for about 5 minutes, or you could take out the clock fuse i don't remember which fuse it was but i think that one for i think 5 minutes too.

fix the problem that originally put it in limp mode, and then reset the ecu.
