Default RSX Type S exhaust into a Teg?

Hey guys, I did a quick search, but to no avail. So here's the deal...
RSX Type S axleback...would it fit a DC4 or DC2? I've heard that the '05-'06 ones especially fit the DC4s, but I'm uncertain of the older models. I know you can always cut and weld an exhaust to make it fit, but that's not my concern. I just curious to know if it's a direct bolt on or not, and if the model year matters. Please enlighten me.

I just bought an 02' RSX-S muffler for my GS-R. Im just gonna cut the pipe about 2" from the muffler and weld on my 2.5" Catback.

I dont think it is a direct bolt on. I have one sitting in my garage. And the piping is too big.

You have an RSX in your garage...or do you mean you have the muffler in your garage? Do you know what year your car is or what year that muffler came off of?

I have a muffler sitting in my garage. My friend has a RSX and gave me his stock muffler. My GSR is a 94.

if everyone didnt charge 200$ for a used muffler, it would be a good a good descision... just bc its from an ITR doesnt mean you can charge an arm and a leg IMO.
