Engine Noise
I just got a 92 ex coupe. This might be a stupid question, but i want to know if there is anyway to reduce the noise of the motor. When i turn it on you can hear it churning. Is this just something with older cars or do my belts need to be changed. Thanks
It's possible the belts could be noisy
And the engine could require a valve lash adjustment session; but you're going to get some noise from any internal combustion engine.
It could also depend on what cars you've owned previously. If they had hydralic lifters, that right there is a big factor. Honda uses mechanical cam followers which are critical adjustment - wise if you want them to operate with minimum noise.
