Koni Yellows revalve.
Is it too much to revalve Koni Yellows for compression and rebound.
I want to revave the rear ones to be externally adjustable, but should I revalve for compression as well. Or would it be better to revalve the front for compression adjustability instead of the rears.
I am probably not going to do it since it cost too much, I might as well buy a coilover set from Tein or somebody else.

Don't bother converting to double adjustable. That's mucho expensive. Just revalve for your rates and change the rears to be externally adjustable. Should be like $130 each in the back, and less in the front.

$130 to revalve each rear shock. Fronts were cheaper so I assume $100 each?
Total revalving cost would be $130 + $130 + $100 + $100 = $460.
Plus the cost of the shocks and springs to begin with = $460 + ~$400 = ~$860.
Did I work out the math right?? If yeah, more reason for me to get a true coilover!!

Yeah, if you're running less than 400 up front, then you don't need to revalve the fronts. Just make sure you have plenty of suspension travel before it hits the bumpstops!

that's a problem I have OBX adjustable, I got them about 2 months after I bought the car, anyways, no one seems to know what the spring rate is, I had the shop call OBX and they didn't know. Etiher way I want to upgrade to GC but that will have to wait.
I am thinking I will put them on as is an drive it around for a while then decide wether I should revalve dual or not, I will most likely for sure relvalve the rear for ext adjustable, but I'll still drive around and take it to SOLOII as is and see if I want or need to make them adjustable.

Rears will definitely be more to revalve and convert to externally adjustable. I spoke with True Choice about this and it's not just labor but also the parts that get you. They also recommended going to DA in the rear since it was only a few $ difference.
I don't know what you mean...

nice, gravitation control.... does anyone else here find this incredibly amusing? the fact that the don't know their own springrates only adds to the humor...

other than that, I think the are not that bad, but I am still upgrading to GC. They are on sale for $249 at import horizon in case any else cares....
