I know people have been looking at this post. Someone must know something besides about engines. Just bought a 2000 Civic EX and have no clue how to adjust the headlights. They are way out of whack up/down and left/right. I looked and saw two gear looking things and think they are the way to do it but had a heck of a time getting one to turn. I am usually good at figuring these things out but this one is making me look bad. Please help.
