Default springs not compressing enough

ive tried to search, but i have no idea what to call this problem. I have H&r sport springs all around my 91 crx dx(b18a) and KYB Gr2's. Whether it matters or not, i just noticed this when i put my new wheels on, 15x6.5 with 195/50 tires. theres about a 2 inch gap between the fender and the tire, and this is in the front mind you. ive seen pictures of Hb's with h&r sports and they are almost tucked. the upper control arm looks like it might be hitting the fender. does anyone have any ideas what else could cause this, or how to fix it?

Drop it some more...

Might be just your wheel that is causing it.

does your car sit much higher in the back than it does in front? if so then your springs were marked wrong and put on backwards, the fronts have to go in the back and backs in the front, thats what they told me on the fone this morning about my problem which sounds very similar to yours with h&R sports
