ES bushings in EF
im guessing you got the polyurethane bushings.. yeah they suck to put in the way i did it was torched, yes torched
the rubber out and then sawed through the outer race and tapped it out with a hammer..and then its just a matter of lookin at the diagram that they give you to match up the new ones..be sure to use a crap load of the grease they give you..just as a heads up they are gonna squeak like crazy at first but it gets quieter down the road... somewhat good luck

just make sure you remove the entire old bushing, and that includes the metal sleeve which is a bitch to get out. Putting the new one in should be very easy.

To which bushing are we referring here? The sleeve is indeed removed for most of the bushings. But NOT for the rear trailing arm bushing. This one keeps the stock sleeve.
