Default rod capatibilty

research didnt help much...i just have two questions about the gsr block and ls crank. some people run this but with what rod? ls rod or gsr rod? some people say you cant run gsr rod on ls crank? thanks

they are different lengths. Use the rods that match the crank

ok now why would you want to do such a thing? the only reason why i ask is that it only gives the gsr like 20-30 points in cc's. is it really worth the hassle. i would stick with the straight gsr or ls-vtec. the gsr rods don't fit on the ls crank. the bearing are totaly different, and if you use the ls rods i think they're weaker.
stick with the stock stuff. you're better off.

ls crank, ls rods, vtec head = lsvtec
