Does anyone know where are that 2 hoses exactly hook up to???

 

One to PCV valve between the intake manifold and the other one go onto the manifold.

The stock PCV is a 9" hose that goes from between the #2/3 intake runners (there's a black PCV valve there with a 90 degree angle) to the center of the intake manifold. The hose has 2 bends. If you can find that, the rest should be self explanitory.

 

I have my cusco can placed between the PCV valve (red nipple) and intake manifold.
