Default black and white smoke?

alrite well heres my story

i have a dohc zc with dc header aem intake and greddy exhaust.....i just swapped another zc long block from h motors not to long ago....since then the car has just been sitting

before that i had another zc but the piston rings were blown...there was oil everywhere in the header...it didnt get cleaned out before the header was put back on.

now im trying to get my car registered but theres so much smoke it has no chance passing emissions....could this be cuz of the oil in the pipes burning? i took the car out todaywhen it sits its a little bit of black smoke but when you drive a long distance and sit then its starts turning into big white clouds

other options i thought of bad o2 sensor? running to rich? or just theres so much oil in the pipes its just burning up....any suggestions/thoughts?

check your oil for coolant sounds like you might need a head gasket
