Default need some help asap

i have a 92 lude si h23 and i blew the balance shaft seal and replaced that along with installing the retainer and since i was done there i changed the t belts now the car runs like *** any help would be awsome. thanks

i am pretty sure its dead on the only one i think might or could be off is the front b shaft. i couldnt quite see up in there to see if it was on the mark. what else could it be this is my only car right now and i need it fixed asap thank you

another question why is it when i put a rod in the cams that the belt doesnt fit on too great? there is slack beween the cams.

there is prolly slack cause u are off a tooth, or cause u didnt get the slack out properly, turn the motor over a little, see if the slack changes, then goes away as u turn it over by hand. and ur balance belt teeth woulnt cause it to run like ****, as a matter of fact u should just cut that belt off (2whp )
