Throttle cable: Can I re-use the stock one?
Wiring harness: Just re-use the stock one and add wires? Do I need pins for the wires?
Wiring Plugs: Does this engine come with the plugs or will the stock ones fit?

Basically I am ordering this from H-Motors and getting a PM6 ECU off of E-Bay. I know I need an injector resistor box, and 16 awg wire. Do I need injector plugs? Or does this motor come with them? What else do I need? I don't want to start this swap and not be able to finish it cause I have to go get more parts...

 

So you must have the dual point injection? You can use your throttle cable. Convert to multi point injection and it will bolt right in. search for multipoint conversion or something like that and there is plenty of writeups on it.
