compatiblity question
just making sure if this will fit... i have an accord 00 sedan LX automatic transmission.
will a 98 ex automatic transmission bolt up? the thing is... it's listed as a f22a1 engine.

yes a 98 auto trans will bolt up to an 00 no problem, however a 98 accord has an F23Ax motor not an F22Ax. Hell an F22Ax motor is not even from a 5th gen.

yeah... it's off 90-93 i think or 94-97... forgot what he said. anyway, are all the F series transmissions compatible?

they will bolt up fine, but I don't know if the electronics on an auto trans are the same from one model year to the next. I would guess yes but that's just a guess.
