i can never get my valve adjustments right...my car always ticks no matter what i do...im thinkin of goin to the tightest spec..but i dont wanna screw things up...the noise is a combonation of ticking and tocking....the ticking is the more prominate sound...as the tockking(as if u were to say "talk") is quieter...and can only be heard if u put ur ear to the valve cover....i can hear the ticking from across the street....

 

If you would answer my IM I sent you, I could help you. If I can go over there on Sunday, I will take a look at it. When I added my skunk2stage2 cams to my b16 head, I adjusted my valves and it ran perfect. You are using a feeler guage right.

are you sure. Well if it is cool, this sunday I could drive over there. As for your valves I think I have a cure for it. It might not be your valves that are ticking. Instent message me so we can arrange something.
