Default Rear Sway Bar w/ Stock Suspension

I'm picking up my 5g SH in a week. I'm not ready to spend money on the main suspension yet (I want to do it right the first time). What do you guys think of getting a thicker rear sway (anti-roll) bar and using it with stock suspension to further tighten things up and reduce understeer? TIA.

im not sure how strong lude subframes are, but i wouldnt do that because thats putting alot of stress on the sway bar mounting points in cornering conditions, due to the soft factory springs and shocks imo

I have a Acura 1.6EL (basically a EK civic sedan) and with a 22mm rear sway bar and my winter set-up which is all stock suspension with winter tires even...I love it. Its still noticeable, perhaps even more so with stock suspension. EK's need subframe reinforcement, donno if your lude does or not but upgraded sway bar is hella fun
