Up for sale is my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited
- 120,xxx kms on it mostly highway since I live out of town
- 5.2 liter engine (318cui)
- Absolutly RUST FREE
- Complete Full Option Packages, including;
- Full charcole leather interior
- Infinity Soundsystem
- UpCountry Suspension
- etc etc etc (I have the complete VIP summary report)
- I recently got the jeep safetied by North Perimeter Auto who does the most intensive safeties I know of and is still Valid, still have all the paper work.
- No Leans on the vehicle

- The rims were refinished by Winnipeg Wheel
- Brand new brake pads and rotors all the way around
- Always use mobile 1 10w30 full synthetic
- Total fluid change done in fall
- The Jeep runs and drives mint, no codes, always starts, and isnt oo bad on gas

The only things wrong with it at the moment are:

- Needs new rear shocks (which I can change)
- Eventually in time will need a neutral safety switch (sometimes need to start it in Neutral ... I can also change for new one if desired)
- burnt out side marker light bulb (will be changed in the next few days)
- Thats all I can think of at the moment (its in really good condition especially for the year)

I will be posting up pics soon, here is what I am asking for it:

$10,870 - Take it as is, turn keys over and its yours

$11,480 - Brand new shocks from Chrysler, brand new Neutral safety switch, full fluid flush(tranny, mobile 1 oil, rad, front and rear diff's etc), side marker light bulb changed, K&N air filter, and a total gold package from the Chamois.

I am open to offers and somewhat flexable, like I said pics should be up tomorrow.

This is a 97 with 120K on it and its the V8 model... first you might want to change your price a little, reason being the V8s dont do the best like the 4.0L will. I have looked on autotrader for jeeps and i have found Jeep Grand Cherokees like this for under $7000 so good luck on your sale.

If the price was near there i would drive up there and check it out.

 

I guess its really just a different market here, and thats 120,000 kms not miles. I should have checked out the US market before psting a price on honda-tech but just remember these are only asking prices nothing is ever in stone. But thanks for letting me know about the prices down south. I'll check out ebay.

 

I might be making down to the states to pick up a car, if someone is interested in the jeep I can drive it to them. I will do my best to get pictures up by tonight
