I was wondering how you tell what motor your car has in it? i have a 1991 honda accord EX. im Gessing its the 2.2. but not 100% sure. im looking to Rebuild the motor. and i want to make sure i buy the right kit for it it has 250,000 miles and when i start it it puts out some smoke any idea what it could be?

on the block, just before the trans on the front side there will be the engine type stamped.
The original main bearing sizes are stamped on the shelf to the right side of the head near the cam pulley, as you stand facing the crank pulley.
