i just took out my roll bar from my car and want to cover up the holes on my shell.. can i do this myself? what do i need to do this? or would it be better to have a professional to this? how much would it cost?

 

Match the holes with Metal sheets, cut, fit it, weld it, angle grind it smooth.

 

its gonna be a pain in the *** to cut metals that small of size!

 

What do you want to do fill it with some body filler? heheh, How about some JB weld.

I assume after you say holes so small you are talking about some bolt holes that held the bar in? Other then welding them up the only thing I can think of that might be an OK idea is to put the bolts back in their places.

is the weld the same material as the chassis?
