Suspension Question...(EG) which is best for daily-spirited driving???

Ok, so I am leaning towards get the Ground Control coilovers.

What i want to know which shock should i get...not familiar with many?

this will be for daily-spirited driving!

KYB? Eibach? Toticko? etc?

I agree, it is a good shock for the money.
