Default jdm d15b swap & No spark.

-I just did a jdm d15b swap into my 1990 STD.
-I wired everything up using a boomslang dpfi harness.
-The car cranks and I am getting fuel to the fuel rail and injectors, however i am getting no spark.
-I tried 3 different sets of dizzy's, 2 sets of spark plug wires, 2 sets of spark plugs.
So it rules out those things being bad. I also checked my dizzy wiring about a million times and everything seems ok. (Obd-o to obd-1 plugs). The p28 im using is good.

Aside from the wiring can anything else cause me getting no spark?

EDIT!!

i am now getting spark and fuel. the car cranks nice and strong but doesnt start. checked all my grounds and they seem fine. wtf could it be? im pretty stumped at this point.
