Default header and exhaust ?

Is the dc sports header and the Greddy sp2 worth the money or am I better off buying "generic" or some other brand. I just don't want to spend the money if it's not worth it.

The Greddy exhaust is well worth it. I'm running the SP2 on my car, and I love it!! I'm not a big fan of DC Sports headers. For a header, a JDM 4-1 is a good choice in my opinion, but you'll need some custom exhaust work to get that to fit.

Why don't you like the DC header?

I didn't feel any difference at all when I put mine on. I raced the same cars, and didn't pull away from them any harder then before. My e.t.'s at the track didn't change. So basically I spent time and money for no benefit. A couple of my friends have had the same experience.

Some people say that I don't have enough done to my engine to feel a difference. But I dunno. DC sports advertises like 15 horsepower gain. BTW, I'm running a b16 with intake, AEBS intake manifold, DC sports header, hi-flow cat, and a SP2 exhaust
