Intake Manifold Finished! <Lots-O-Pics>
Some pics of my latest job (my own manifold)...
Been doing manifold porting/gasket matched runners for about a year,
Let me know what ya think
(Had to get a little snapshot of my cutie
)

****Cleaned up TB and butterfly...****
****polished injectors... ****
****Removed mid-butterfly plate****
****Overall pics****
Anyway, here are some other projects i got going on..
Rear disc conversion for my 89 EF...
'99 Civic EX Tranny (guy complained it wouldnt go into 2nd gear, scratched every other gear... abusive driver
) tore it apart to study it, currently i am in Powertrain classes at college...
And a little shot of my dremil area, spend at least 2-3 hours a day here...
I'll post up my other jobs as they are finished

lol.... ok no problem!!! just ship it to me with $25 in each intake runner!!!
I did all the sandblasting/cleaning today at school acctually, the porting i can usually get done in a day.
This is definatly one of my best jobs, i was very meticulous about it, left a very nice surface...

Oh, and the other manifold in that picture is going on my roomate's HX, had the manifold laying around so decided to hook him up ($$$)

Most definatly did not, the airflow characteristics did not change ONE BIT...
and i got nothing from increasing runner bore and gasket matching throttlebody, mid section or head...
And removing the vaccum operated butterflies and decreasing runner length gave me nothing in return...
