Man you have everything, Why not just throw it in? Or are you planning on buying this. If it in your budget go ahead and get it, it will give you a good system if it adjusted right.
well I am gonna buy it if everyone says it will be a good solid system, like I said not competition setup but just clean good sounding
anyone else got any feedback?

I agree, it's all very good stuff, but you have 75W and 50W speakers but the MRV-F545 is a 4x125W @ 14.4V, save yourself the $150 US diff. and get a MRV-F345, 4x75W @14.4V, spend the extra $150 on a better HU, one of this years Alpines.
Although I am a firm believer in "overpowering is better than underpowering" in this case its over by 50W in the front and more then double in the rear, and the MRV-F345 would only be 25W over in the rear and right on in the front, and IMO the $150 spent on the HU would be a better way to go, and to be clear I find nothing wrong with MRV-F545 the gains can be set lower and good clean dynamic head room is a good thing.
The sub, 500W should work fine with the amp 600W rms into 2 ohms @14.4V

well, only problem being is the deck I already own lol, great idea however I have it never even been opened lol
hmmm well I guess I could upgrade the components and rears a new head unit really isn't an option unless the place i bought it from last year decides to be generous and let me trade up and pay the difference but highly unlikely. as far as the rest of the stuff the is a vendor on ebay (yah I know I wouldn't buy there either however alot of guys I know have done good bussiness with a good seller so I know they sell good stuff) and its all for under 1k lol so to me that sounds like an awesome deal so I will look into the next series in components and rears

OIC, you already have the HU, well it can't hurt to ask if they would let you upgrade and give you full credit for the one you got, [never being out of box]
But also do not misunderstand, the amp you have will work just fine, you just have to make sure when you do the setup that you adjust gain properly, like I said "dynamic headroom" is a good thing, and the amp will run nice and cool, overheating is not going to be an issue.
What I would do is spend the extra time installing the speakers properly so you will get the most out of them, [should be doing so anyway] but "doing it right" can make a world of diff. in the speakers performance.
