Differance between left and right side axles.
Bought a pair today, they both have differant ends where they meet up with the tranny. Are they suppose to be differant in that way or did I get wrong parts...how do I tell which is which (other than comparing to the old axles i'm replacing) B Series engine.
they are different - the splines on the driver's side axle are longer where it goes into the intermediate shaft - not the end, but the splines themselves
is the driver side suppose to be female where it meets up with the intermediate shaft? Thing is one axle has female end one has male end.
Depends on your intermediate shaft. The 90-93 integra axles which most people use for b series swaps into the 88-91 civic/crx are both male ended. I believe the newer intermediate shafts require an axle with a female end.

This is a B18b, i take it the axles are differant from B18c?

If you have an intermediate shaft with 2 male ends then you need 94-01 Integra Axles. If you have an intermediate shaft with 1 male and 1 female end then you need 90-93 Integra Axles.
