Default Steering wheel cover

I got my car used and the wrap around the wheel is loose. Is there any way to tighten it? Or do I need to buy a new one? If so, where is a good place to get it?

Has anyone installed one of these? Could I get more of the thread at a arts/crafts store? I would want to try it with red.

good idea w/ red stiching, mine got loose once and i went to a local shoe repair shop here in town and he gave me free string. you might find red thread in a shop like that...(its waxed thread) or you could go to your local auto parts store and look at a box w/ a "wheelskins" leather wrap and accidently forget to put back the string
