99 Spoiler mounting
Could someone post a picture of how the spoiler is mounted on the trunk lid from the inside view?
I have purchased a spoiler and there are no cutouts and the trunk frame seems to be in the way to be able to drill holes to put bolts in. Does there need to be a different trunk lid to mount the spoiler?

there's nipple sticking out from the inside of your trunklid when honda did the sheet metal.
just drill out those nipple if you have a OEM made spoiler, if you have a knock off, it might not fit at all. so measure it
all trunk are make the same way, there's no specific trunk.
if you have the oem trunk spoiler, they will include the springs as well, it's used to support the added weight.

I do not see any "nipple". Exactly what are you referring to?
I got the spoiler and just the spoiler from someone here, did not come with replacement springs or a template or bolts for that matter. I prolly shouldn't have gone this way but the price was OK.
Ohh and it was the exact color so I do not have to paint it.

instructions are at the above link. You will need Adobe to read them.
You will need to cut a felt pad and buy springs and the spring installer. You can get them at the above site.

go see the link by Yeuemaimai, there's four nipple or "bumps" that indicate where you need to drill for OEM spoiler, again, if you have OEM knock off, it's not going to be exact so be adviced to do some measuring.
when i install oem knock off spoiler for my firend's 00 coupe, the studs do not line up any where close to OEM holes.
