Seeing how the b18 requires more fuel will the pr3 or pwo be ble to handle the additional fuel demand from the .2 liter additional displacement.

I was working under the ASSumption that you were going to get whatever ecu you used with it tuned. To answer your question though, you can run the PR3 safely if you raise the fuel pressure a bit.
