INTEGRA RS VS TYPE R LAP TIMES
Would an integra rs 2 door no sun roof shell ever handle as good as a type r if it had all type r parts? i want to build a race car for circuit racing and want to know if my 95 rs shell would be competitive with the TYPE R,S? any one races integra on the track and knows handling please let me know what you think?

If you could drive it correctly you could be faster then the itr. Its about the driver on this one imo. I race karts and have shifter and My dad turns laps better then me because he has more seat times and is at the track every weekend.

You're building a racecar. The car will be classed in a car with similar cars.
Who cares what ITR's run, just try your best to make your car competitive in your class. Are you going to be running in H4 in Honda Challenge? The DC4 RS is a good choice for that class, IMHO.

well since the RS is lighter than the ITR by a little bit, so if it had the itr suspension and reinforcement parts.....essentially it would be faster (identical drivers assumed)
but as Reid said, its all about the class your racing in.
