Default Daily driver

I'm looking into getting an s2000. It would be my daily driver. We already have a practical 4 door accord. My commute to work is aprox 20 minutes, not really far. Anyone use their s2000 as a daily driver, and any opinions?

i have a Ford Ranger for my daily driver. The S2000 is just too small and bumpy for a DD. Not to mention the paranoia when parking in questionable lots.

s2000 is daily to school and work car. approx only 15 miles in a day. and ya i do worry about sketchy parking lots and such.

I put 18k miles in 6 months on the Berlina, but the GPW has only 6800 miles in 9 months.

Easy:

If you are looking to haul boxes and kids, and want a comfortable ride - No.

If you have nothing to haul and want something enjoyable to drive - Yes.

i drive mine everyday...

the s2000 completely stock is a great daily driver, but once you lower it it gets a little rough to get around in since you have to watch out for drive ways and parking lot entrances...

compared to my hatch, the s2000 is a dream of a daily driver. in the cold and snow it isn't all that great, but the payoff once it gets warm is well worth it.

70 miles each day, I love it. Stop and go traffic on the freeway is a bitch, but overall it's great.

I used to daily drive mine..

-30 miles to school and then another 30 back

no complaints in terms of comfort, only gripe would be trunk space but it gave me an excuse not to carry stuff

potholes are a blessing in some cases. knowing there out there really makes you drive that more cautious

I'd have to disagree. I think it makes an awesome daily driver.
