I bought a 95 integra today and just had a question on the bumper mounting. The rear bumper is falling off. I think it might be missing a mounting piece. I figured most honda bumpers mount in the same fashion and Im not getting much luck on the teg forum. Does anyone know if there is a mounting strip between the rear bumper and the hatch. It appears that there are clips on the bumper but nothing above to mount it to. I will try to post pics tomorrow. Thanks.

........if there's no mounting point - just ****** rig it and use a zip tie. I ran into the damn lift today with my car, and my bumper fell off. Just used a zip tie - because the part that is threaded on the fender fell off also.

Yea thats the only thing holding my bumper on right now. I know its the prelude forum but the teg forum has been no help. Sorry to hear about your car tho.

 

post some pics of the problem and ill help you out...i have lots of experience with these pain in the *** clips...aka making civics bumpers line up
