Fuel Reg. Tuning

How do you adjust a fuel pressure regulator? I have a B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator. Thanks.

Your turn the nipple that the vacuum hose is connected to. clockwise is +, and counter is -. Also you raise and lower the pressure with the hose dis-connected. I'm assuming you already have the gauge also.
