Default H23 throttle cable with H22 swap

So i got my H23 swapped out for a H22 and the H23 throttle cable seems to not fit the H22 right. Are the H23 and H22 throttle cables different? To make it fit right it seems you have to mount the bracket on the intake manifold on only the second hole. If i mount the bracket in the correct location the throttle cable is WAY to loose and it can't be tightened enough to make it work. Is that the case or am i just stupid and i can mount it in the correct location and make it work? Cause as you can see, it looks pretty ghetto only mounted in the one hole. So yeah, bottom line, is the H22 throttle cable different from the H23 one? Oh, and I doubt it makes a difference but it's a Euro-R H22. Thanks ahead of time for the help.

*edit* And also my gas pedal is sticking pretty bad. It was REALLY bad until I took off the throttle cable spring thing and cleaned it off and greased it up and put it back together....

no difference between H23 and "normal" H22.

But if it is an euro-r one the difference seems to exist...

So it's just the bracket that is different for the Euro-R? The Throttle cable is the same? This is very annoying not only because it looks bad but i'm also having a sticky gas pedal problem. Also, I have to have the throttle cable like all the way tense to have it fit like this so the pedal is a little to sensitive for me and i'd like to loosen it...

Doesnt the Euro-R engine come from an accordwagon or someshit? If so then the cables could be different and te bracket.

i cant say for sure about the cable length, but i know the bracket is different. I took a piece of angle aluminum and made it so that the stock cable bracket bolted up in a good enough location to work.

I found this pic on collective racing of a Euro-R manifold. Maybe I just have the bracket on upside down...? But the throttle cable sure would be high up if you had it like that...

flip your existing mounting braket over and heat up and bent the tab so it is facing down.
