Prelude eibach pro kit
Does anyone have the pro kit on their ludes and the front end is really high compared to the back? Because on mine it's like that. I don't have any pics at the moment to show.
did you install the springs backwards?
some spring kits, the back is lower than the front, this is done from what i have been told at least, because most Honda's come w/ the back slightly lower than the front stock, and the spring manufacturers don't want to change the dynamcs of the car too much.
I may be wrong, but this is what I read on here from a spring companies rep IIRC.

Well i mean the front is massively high compared to the back. But i don't think it should be that high. But of course the front is going to be higher than the front cause of the engine compartment. Well hopefully they are not installed backwards. Hopefully someone would know.
If you have subs in your trunk, this may be why your back end is sagging down. The spring rate on the eibach springs are very high and can handle weight even better than the stock springs. Don't know. I've only seen a Prelude with the Sportline springs on it, and it's really low to the ground, with neither the front or back noticably higher than the other. Good Luck. This is why I'm getting coilovers.
I have the eibach pro kit on mines and the front do sit a bit higher than the back.
My theory is that since most of the weight is in the front of the vehicle, by lowering the back some; it shift the weight torwards the rear; creating a better weight distribution to all four tires. I think it the perfect mild spring for the sh.

I have the pro kit's on my '01 Prelude and the front sits about 0.5" higher.. although I do have a little box and amp in the trunk, I don't think it'll make up for that half an inch difference. Y did they make the front higher? Cuz it looks kinda wack.
I'm saving up for a set of Koni Yellows and supposedly they have a height adjustment on the spring perch or some ish like that.
I currently have Tokico Illumina's on the stiffest setting, and I'm sure that without them, the car would be really bouncy. Because even with on the stiffest setting, the car does bounce just a little bit. And my friend's Civic w/stock shocks (low mileage on them tho) and Pro Kit bounced like crazy.
They're pretty shitty imo. Not very well engineered for each individual vehicle.

I don't have any subs, or anything and i've had them on for about a month. Well I also have a bodykit, but there's still a big gap in the fender on the front, and the back is like at least 2 finger gap.
The front does have a slightly lower drop than the rear which is true to Eibach's specs. Double check your installation- the fronts should be marked 001 and the rear 002 if my memory serves me right.
I bought mine used so I called Eibach to double check the part numbers and they told me 001 is the front and 002 is the rear. I just did a google search to make sure, here is some info off an Audi page
