Bouncing tachometer all of a sudden!

Okay it just randomly happened, my tach. bounces up and down like crazy and i cant stop it. What can cause this randomly? I am not gettin a code 15 or misfire?

99% of the time a bouncing tach is a sign that your ignitor is going out.

Mine use to do that, had a bad ground. Check the wiring from the dizzy on wards.

Okay now my tach just stopped completely, i got a cel and it runs really bad

ignitor and check wires going to it.

okay i found out what it is but its embarrasing but ill tell you guys anyways. I was lookin around and my resistor box was laying up against my timing belt. there are like 30 wires, about 10 were shaven open and touching eachother. My car was dumping gas out of the headers it was so bad. I rewried them all and moved it away from the timing belt. Thanks guys!
