Ok, here's the deal. I went outside and kick'd that piece in the guts and I have like 29-30 psi with the regulator hooked up and 38 with it unhook'd and the vac. port plugged. Does this sound about right? Would dropping the fp. help to pass the emissions test ?

*Hey there...29-30 psi sounds kind of low IMO...for daily driving i have mine set to 39-40 psi...

*dropping the fp will reduce the amount of hydrocarbons (unburnt fuel)...i reduced my fp to 33 psi (w/integra ecu) and i passed by 0.05 for my hydrocarbons (illinois emissions)...so it depends on your state's test...you'll probably want to drop it lower than 33 psi (just for emissions)...

*make sure your cat isn't clogged...this is the first thing you should check if you fail emissions...

*also, use the si ecu...not the integra ecu...the integ ecu runs rich...if you've got anymore questions, just let me know...hope this info helps...later

Who said anything about a car being clogged?...i said CAT being clogged up...catalyic converters get clogged up when the car runs rich...which causes a lot of problems if you're trying to pass emissions...
