what is better the zc dohc or zc vtech d15 vtec or the d16 vtec?
This is a question with a very opinionated answer. Some will say the DOHC ZC, some will say the D16 VTEC. IMO, it all depends how much you want to spend on the engine with aftermarket parts.
As long as you use your tranny, you will not need to use any different mounts.

DOHC ZC outa pure numbers it has the most HP and Torque of the 4
theres a little less aftermarket for the ZC, but still enough to make it a viable choice
the price difference isnt enough to make a decision, all will require some wiring depending on which care its going in, none will require mounts or shift linkage modification
its realy down to what motor do you like best, or what are your plans on it
if you want turbo the ZC would be eazyer to tune without Vtec, DOHC leads itself to more adjustiblity
the Rod/Stroke ratio is better on the 1.5's so if you wana build a NA SOHC id chose the 1.5 Vtec
