Default D2 RS Coilovers are they good?

title speaks for itself. i went to a shop in elk grove called one6motorsports and the guy there seemed to like this system a lot. just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this brand. he was selling them for $750 its a full coilover. this is their main homepage for the coilovers http://www.d2racingsports.com.au/ .

thanks
mike

lol well this leads to my next question then.... koni / eibach kit or the D2 RS coilovers? both are good i now know but which is really worth it? i know the coilovers will be easier to take off over the shocks/springs. other input/experiences is appreciated on if they are good coilovers or not as well.

sounds good guys now this may sound like a noob question but i guess i am one still kinda in the learning process... will i need anything else for the coilovers or will i just be able to throw em on and go. + how much will they lower my car? i was reading on the site it said like 120mm from stock height which isn't bad at all cuz i just want to lower the car like 1.5" to 2" gotta see how it looks.

thanks

They are very easy to install. I had a broken collarbone and I did mine with one arm.

As far as ride height, the back will go as low as you want until it's not drivable, but the front is limited by the design of the damper fork and the actual coilover. The lowest it will go (on a 4G anyhow) is about 1/2" wheelgap.

i think just for a set of koni yellows its around 500 somethin dollars. Maybe more. Springs are anywhere from 250 + depending on what you get. If i were going to track the car often i would buy the GC/Koni or whatever spring. If i wanted to " set it and forget it " for a daily or street only use, probably go with the coilovers.
