Default My latest project. (project teg)

Well I have had this 97 teg since April 2002. I bought it complete minus engine. I finally have some time to get a little work done on it. I am going to get the entire car stripped, fix all the body imperfections, install jdm front end, and paint.

Santa brought this for Christmas so I really have to get some work done!

God bless those JDM crates!

H Motors Online hooked it up with a very quality front clip. Steve is the man. Excellent products and service.

I have a lot of pics. Working on getting them uploaded.

Sorry, it has been a long time since I posted pics so I was making sure it was working.

The car is going to be a bit of a long project. It takes me a while to make up my mind and I am a perfectionist.

I want to make the body straight and paint the car inside and out. I will be replacing a lot of parts with new factory parts and some with used JDM parts.

I missed out on taking pics of a lot of the initial stripping. I did it almost 4 years ago when I first got the car. I bought the car stripped it and put it back together with the intentions of dropping in a new motor and driving it. The car sat untill about 10 months ago when I sold the front end off of it. That kinda pushed me to do the JDM front end. WHen the decision was finally made I moved with my job and the project got put off again. Now I am setteled for about another year so i decided to start work on it again.

I got some more pics uploaded so here goes.

I got the car all stripped.

Here is the damage to the pass side fender well.

I decided to just remove the damage when I removed the radiator support.

Here is a pic of the replacement part.

I decided to remove the sound deadning in the tire well and under the back seats.

Wet sanded the inside.

More pics coming soon.

Thanks for all the support!!
