Default Repair Time

I got my 95 Accord EXi about a month ago from a friend's friend. Although my expectations was high about the car, i knew that it would have some things needed to get repaired. Here are some things i noticed:

The tail lights dont get turned off even if i turn off the car, sometimes it turns on after a few mins by itself. im not sure if its the sensor or if my breaks are stuck of some sort, had to jump start the car twice because the battery was drained because of this.

I can hear a screeching sound everytime a press down the clutch, i goes silent after i release it. Im not sure if its just the release bearing or something worse.

Thanks

As in a new clutch? or just parts of it? Getting a new one will be quite a big damage to my pockets. hehe.

and oh yeah, i realized that my front wheels aren't aligned, probably this is one cause why my brakes are stuck. The mechanic told me that the tie rod and rack end needs to be replaced already.
