h22 fuel feed line is on the drivers side, with the FPR right next to the fuel inlet. the rail and fuel lines will all bolt up ok, its just a matter if which side your fuel comes in on. so, which side is your fuel feed line and FPR on?

USDM H22 and H23 fuel rails are EXACTLY the same. The JDM H22 fuel rail is different. The JDM works perfectly on USDM Accords.
