Default Spolier Install?

EDITED: I posted so better pics here....

I finally got my touring wing, 57" for my CB7, and it doesn't fit! It barely touches on both sides. Everyone said I needed a 57". Even the guys at the shop.

Unless I can sell this one for what I paid, to get a 59", I need to modifiy it.

Is this possible?

just like my original post said, it touches on both sides. i'm looking for a way to modify it so it doesn't touch after it's installed.

the pics are showing how little/no room is left on each side.

Keep unnessessary post to your self. Your wasting space adding to your post count w/o helping in the topic asked. And if you define rice as a front lip, a 1.5 drop, and a dual tip exhaust (which OEM is), you sir need to look up the definition on 'rice' on HT again.

So please go away. If I wanted you to pick out parts for MY car I'd ask YOU....get it? And remember YOUR IN THE APPERANCE FORUM.

I took it to 2 shops. Both said it would still rub enough to wear the paint off the car. I was hoping to find spacers for the legs & sand it down were it touched, but no luck for spacers. I just posted it for sale here on HT. I can only hope now.

Spare your car and throw the wing in the garbage.

because people are brainwashed by the honda-tech version of rice. aka JDM rice.

d16, i suggest selling it and get the wider version.
