Default Random Turbo Manifolds - Critique These!

Some updated pics of some manifolds we've done. These are about 95% done, just need to add wastegate runners where applicable and plain the flanges.

Looking for some constructive criticism(good, bad, or ugly). , ?

They look good. In pic #4 the fitment of one of the runners looks a little off where the straight piece meets the elbow. Could just be the camera though

Honestly, they look really good.

The majority of our metal supply is from across seas. I'll try get a few more pics up.

What are you seeing that you dont think is prepped well?

The metal is prepped around the weld surface itself. All the markings are removed before everything is sent out the door, just didn't figure it was an issue for a post regarding critique of the fab. I mentioned earlier these aren't 100% completed.

No. Look at the orientation of the head flange. It sits the turbo down directly next to the backdoor IC. With the compressor housing clocked you only need a coupler to connect to the IC.
