Default Raditor fluid Resivior Discoloration

The radiator fluid resivior in my 1991 civic lx is orange on bottom and lite greenish blue on top. I know what the greenish-blue fluid is, for I maintain it on the proper level, but, now, an orange color has settled on the bottom. I put in a new radiator about 15,000 miles ago as the old one was leaking. The car is up to 201,000 miles.

What is this? How malignant is it? What can and should I do?

Thanks for your time.

orange fluid is for longer lasting fluid. its a different type of coolant. i guess they just switched between coolant types. i dont think its a big deal.
