Had a greddy evo on my teg and loved the sound and performance, but i was also lookin at the 5zigen proracer gn+. If anyone has pics or sound clips of the 5zigen post em or any other set ups too. TIA

 

Personally I like the stock exhaust, it flows well for stock considering its an 05 (2 1/4" diameter I believe?).

If you want to get something else that is not very loud look at the A'Pexi WS2 or the RS*R Ex-Mag. Both have great tones yet they are very subtle.

one more vote for the stock.

my friend left his 05-s muffler on, paired it up with a DCRH, that combo is bad ***, sounds great.

he then added a injen CAI and that car sounds sick!!

DC Sports Race Header = DCRH and most of the RSX guys go with INJEN dyno proven.

Just wondering, did you check Slow EJ8's link at all?

Best looks is a personal opinion. Have you checked that link to see what looks best to you, some exhasts stick out a little, some are slanted, some are all stainless steel. It comes down to what you like.

Sound is also a personal opinion. Some like a subtle tone, some like it loud. Personally if you like the subtle tone, why bother changing the stock exhaust? As said before its actually a pretty good exhaust.

Performace wise I think you'll notice that generally the louder they get the more hp they'll free up...

 

I have an 05 RSX-S and i'm running SRH,Injen Cai and stock exhaust. It sounds nice but a bit too quite for me. My old setup was Injen SR with custom HKS hi-power custom piping 2.5 with no resonator. I liked it loud but had to go sleeper status cause of RH.

 

i jus got an 06 S and i think im gonna get either a GreddyEVO2 i think thats what its called or an Apex i GT spec
